- Well,
- At bootup the system stopped and said "Version: Command failed"
- I typed version and it said Kickstart ver.40.68 Workbench ''
- failed.
- It was like Workbench itself, whatever that may be, was deleted.
- Also, random programs, such as commodities (click to front)
- would fail. Fortunately, I could still type LOADWB and get to
- the WB and copy over all my software, but I could not boot form
- the HD.
- Also, I would always get "Workbench has a read error on block
- xxxx" reports on bootup.

- I had to get the install disks and reinstall the OS!
